Weight Management
Caring and supportive weight management
Health is more than a number on a scale. For some children and adolescents, maintaining a healthy weight can be difficult.
Healthy Futures is a weight management program to help children achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The goal is to improve overall physical and emotional health by:
- Teaching healthy food choices
- Discussing social pressures around food and eating
- Addressing the emotional aspects of food and weight
At Healthy Futures, your child will be evaluated and managed by a team of specialists. They work with your child and family to develop healthy habits in a fun and supportive environment.
